If a print arrived damaged or not as described, you would tell us within 30 days with a photo, and we would reprint it or refund you.

Personalized and custom items

Items made to your name, logo or file would be made just for you. We would check your proof with you first, so we could not take them back for a change of mind. This would not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
